We had a great night at the annual NARI Atlanta COTY Awards. It is always great to visit with our peers as we vie for the prestigious Contractor of the Year Awards. The highlight of our night was winning two COTY Awards. This year our wins were for Best Residential Bath $50,000 to $100,000 and Residential Landscape Design/Outdoor Living $100,000 to $250,000. We are very proud of the hard work our team put into both of these projects and are happy to continue the SCAL tradition of creating award winning projects. We are forever grateful to our clients who make all this possible.

Our award winning bathroom was designed and built by SCAL. The stunning renovation converted a dated and inefficient space into a well-designed luxurious bathroom oasis. The bathroom includes a floating vanity, curbless shower entry, and frameless shower. The highlight of the project is the beautiful soaking tub centered below the picture window that frames a wonderful view of the back yard. 

Our award winning outdoor living project was also designed and built by SCAL. This renovation transformed a weathered and unwelcoming back yard into a beautiful, welcoming outdoor living space. We added a majestic cedar pavilion with a tongue and groove vaulted ceiling and cedar-planked privacy/tv wall. The deck was rebuilt and a large patio was added. At the uncovered patio, we installed a hot tub, fire pit, and built-in floating bench. With the help of some goats, the upper portion of the yard was cleared, creating a tree covered sitting area. Landscaping and landscape lighting were added throughout the yard. The addition of outdoor heaters makes a space that can be enjoyed all year round.
