Before/After Floorplans

Having found their ideal neighborhood, this family wanted to add space to their home that would allow them to live there comfortably for years to come. The lot was relatively small, and we wanted to maintain the character of the home, so our solution was an attic addition that maintained the roofline. A master suite and open library were added at this upper level. On the main level, a kitchen renovation included removing a wall and opening the kitchen to an adjacent sitting room. A laundry room and full bath were also a part of the layout changes and upgrades on the first floor. By digging out and finishing the basement, we were able to add a media room, exercise space, game area, full bath and office/ guest room. Art Deco style custom cabinetry was designed, including a Murphy bed for when a guest bedroom is needed. All of the renovations successfully provided the space the homeowners needed while reflecting their appreciation for high quality and style.
