Sometimes the most successful changes are the practical ones... like replacing a flat, leaking upper deck with a more traditional roofline. The homeowners were concerned about a roof change that would look like it was added later, but we were able to tie the new roof into the existing seamlessly, and it looks as if it was originally built this way. This renovation also included adding a roof at the rear entry and additional storage on the second floor.
