This 1920's home had previously functioned as a duplex with one unit on the first floor and another on the second. The owners wanted to convert the home back into a single-family dwelling, incorporating Craftsman details and making the rooms feel as spacious as possible. The exterior of this home received a complete face-lift, and the interior structure was demolished down to the studs. The renovated house includes: a living room, dining room, kitchen, office, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, bonus room, laundry closet, storage and a two-story porch. With a careful balance of simplicity and quality craftsmanship, we were able to create the spaces, details and finishes the clients requested and keep the project within their budget.
