Before/After Floorplans

This 1920's home had previously functioned as a duplex with one unit on the first floor and another on the second. The owners wanted to convert the home back into a single-family dwelling, incorporating Craftsman details and making the rooms feel as spacious as possible. The exterior of this home received a complete face-lift, and the interior structure was demolished down to the studs. The renovated house includes: a living room, dining room, kitchen, office, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, bonus room, laundry closet, storage and a two-story porch. With a careful balance of simplicity and quality craftsmanship, we were able to create the spaces, details and finishes the clients requested and keep the project within their budget. The end result is a wonderful combination of open bright spaces with modern conveniences and the warm traditional look of the Craftsman Style.
