Grant Park Bathroom Remodel

“I really enjoyed working with SCAL. Amanda was so easy to work with and really kept the job moving seamlessly! They worked around my pets and my schedule and it was really as painless as renovation can be.”  –  Vicki Shackley

Before/After Floorplans

This bathroom space was outdated, lacked any natural light, and was cramped beneath the slope of an existing roofline. We built a shed dormer to allow for more height in the bathroom and installed transom windows to bring natural light into the space. A frameless glass shower was placed in one corner with a bench area conveniently tucked below the sloped ceiling. We installed a free-standing pedestal tub, a double vanity with plenty of storage and counter space, and wall-mounted lavatory faucets. Venatino marble was installed on the floors, counters and bench top. White subway tile on the walls with decorative crackled glaze accent tiles is the perfect complement to the marble and gray cabinetry. This bright and beautifully transformed space reflects a classic style that will stand the test of time.
