Before/After FloorplansThe homeowners asked us to refine the layout in their basement and finish the space to match the details and quality in the rest of the house. We designed a comfortable den area at the base of the stairs, which serves as an interesting focal point as you enter the finished space. The front two rooms are designed with the ability to serve the necessary functions of guest bedroom, exercise room and office. The remaining basement space was dedicated to useful storage and mechanical areas. The hexagonal tile and pedestal sink in the bathroom are consistent with the style in the rest of the house. The new finished basement area provides the homeowners with the necessary overflow space they desired while making their home feel larger and more comfortable.
