SCAL worked with Jim Winer of Make3 Architecture/Planning/Design to create this 600 square foot deck on this Victorian home. The second floor deck is built with Ipe wood - one of our favorite exterior products. The custom rounded-end-cut detail on the rafters gives this deck a unique look. This beautiful deck is a great place to appreciate the views of the homeowner’s expansive gardens. The quality and detailing are the perfect compliment to this beautifully restored historic home.
