Inman Park Kitchen Remodel

“We now have a beautiful and functional kitchen with lots of storage space. Job well done!”  –  Patsy & Fred Fisher

Project Highlights

  • Craftsman bungalow kitchen
  • Quarter-sawn oak cabinets
  • Classic butler’s pantry

Before/After Floorplans

This Craftsman bungalow had an outdated kitchen with very little cabinet storage or counter space. Windows to the beautiful backyard garden were blocked by a partial wall wasting the prime views and light on a cluttered laundry and office area. We removed the wall and relocated the laundry, leaving the kitchen area feeling much brighter and more spacious. A large island provided valuable storage, counter area and sitting space. Wanting to remain true to the historical details and finishes, we installed quarter-sawn oak cabinetry and a crackled glaze subway tile backsplash. The butler’s pantry area remained, but we updated the finishes and created the perfect bar and office areas. The kitchen was updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and efficient cabinet storage while maintaining the 1920’s character of the home.
