“We were so grateful to you - for not only the extraordinary quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, professional expertise and timely completion - we totally trusted the integrity of the workers and left our house with total confidence every day that everything would be safe and clean when we returned!! ” – Ann and Jeff Cramer
The homeowners had done little to update the finishes in their wonderful 1908 home since the 1970’s, and the layout in the kitchen & family room needed improvement. We opened up the kitchen to the family room, raised the ceiling back to its original height and extended new cabinets to the ceiling. The new kitchen layout was much more efficient, allowing for valuable cabinet storage and counter workspace. Although the size of the mudroom was decreased, the new layout was much more efficient. By designing entertainment cabinetry in the family room, the furniture layout and traffic pattern became much more comfortable. Upstairs we reconfigured the space to allow for more closet storage, and we renovated the outdated master bath reusing an existing claw foot tub and maintaining the character of the home.
