This home is nestled in the woods on a beautiful lot. The homeowners wanted a way to enjoy the outdoors, but their sloped and wooded lot made it challenging. They had a covered walkway to their attached carport that needed to remain, as well as an area for grilling. We created a breezeway that connects the living area of the home to a new screened porch addition. The porch is large with a vaulted ceiling and skylights to allow for maximum light and views. Cedar framing is the perfect complement to the natural setting. A space saving sliding screen door was installed to connect the porch to the grilling deck. This wonderful new space has the feeling of a treehouse and allows the homeowners to comfortably enjoy their beautiful wooded lot.
