“All of the employees were masters at their particular role and the final product showcases their talent and dedication to getting the job done correctly, on budget, and on time. In fact, our project beat the deadline by two weeks. ” – Terry E. & Theresa S.
The homeowners of this 1950’s ranch wanted to improve the functionality and curb appeal of their home. The front entry lacked interest, no protective roof coverage and a painted concrete walkway. We built a covered entry roof supported by site-built columns. Blue stone was applied to the existing stoop and stairs and was also used as an accent in the new concrete walkway. The front door was replaced with a custom door designed to match the midcentury style of the home. A granite retaining wall with a grapevine detail was added to match the foundation of the existing home. This project transform the front of this home – it is practical and adds great curb appeal.
