Morningside Exterior Renovation

Project Highlights

  • Exterior facelift of a 1930's Tudor home
  • Painted brick with mahogany doors
  • Concrete paver patios and walkways

This home's exterior needed a facelift. The homeowners wanted a more updated look that would set their house apart from the rest of the houses on their street. They also wanted more comfortable and inviting outdoor living areas. We painted the existing brick to compliment the stone around the entrance and installed new gray roof shingles. The front and side entry doors were replaced with beautiful mahogany units, and the sconce lights were replaced with updated fixtures. The front stoop was expanded across the front of the house to allow for a side entrance from the driveway as well as the front sitting area. The narrow walkway entrance was replaced with a wider concrete paver path, and the same material was used to build a spacious patio in the back. Landscaping was installed to help tie the outdoor areas of the home together beautifully.
