SCAL Home worked with Lisa Turner and Wallace Bryan of Trinity Mercantile & Design Co to recreate the interior of this newer home. The clients loved the location and size of this intown home, but did not like the character and wanted to make it feel like home. In partnership with Trinity, SCAL renovated or modified nearly every room of the house – incorporating the homeowner’s taste and eclectic style. Our work included rebuilding the fireplaces, adding windows – including a bay window, adding beams at the living room, building a new pantry room, modifications to multiple bathrooms, adding an exercise room, upgrading mechanicals, upgrading interior doors, home automation, adding a home theater system, etc. The result is beautifully designed home full of high-quality finishes and unique custom details throughout.
