Before/After FloorplansThis homeowner loves the location of her home and asked us to add the space and updates that would make the house worthy of the beautiful neighborhood. We converted an inefficient kitchen and breakfast area into a large updated kitchen with a center island. This new space not only offers generous storage and work area, but it also is a wonderful focal point and gathering spot in the home. The kitchen opens to a beautiful vaulted screened porch addition built over an existing open deck. Covering and screening this space made it much more comfortable to enjoy views of the newly landscaped backyard. To create a true master suite, a small addition was built off of an existing bedroom, allowing space for a walk-in closet, laundry area, and fully renovated master bath. A guest suite was also renovated, bringing all areas of the home up to date and reflective of the quality the homeowner desired.
