These Ormewood Park homeowners had a small back deck in need of repair. We replaced the deck with a spacious screened porch and included a small grilling deck with steps to the backyard. Two large sliding glass doors were installed at the back of the house to connect the interior of the house to the new porch. The infrared heaters and ceiling fans allow the porch to be a comfortable extension of the home's living space year-round. The vaulted tongue and groove porch ceiling is a dramatic and beautiful design feature that allows for generous natural light to shine through the glass doors into the home. This porch addition has become a highlight of the home and a favorite gathering place for the owners and their friends.
